Project Analyst

Job Description: The Project Analyst (PA) is responsible for working with a project team and senior management to ensure software projects are delivered to clients on schedule and within budget. PAs must apply the Ayoka Project Management Methodology which includes project planning, performance tracking, change control, risk management, and communication planning. PAs must also create diagrams and documents to communicate functional requirements to the development team and client.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform project management on assigned projects:

  • Develop project plans, implement change control procedures, risk management plans, and communication plans.
  • Liaise with senior management, involved client personnel, and project stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion via routine status reports.
  • Utilize best practices to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Conduct project post mortems and create lessons learned documentation in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements for future reference.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Perform business analysis on assigned projects:

  • Meet with client representatives and internal development team to identify and document business requirements.
  • Evaluate and document business requirements and propose solutions.
  • Create project documentation.
  • Create user training materials for client applications and conduct classes.
  • Work with development and design teams to create application testing plans.

Perform sales support by participating in sales support calls and managing the development of statements of work (SOW).

  • Meet with prospective clients to obtain project requirements.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables for client business and project objectives to create a Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Collaborate with architect and lead developers to develop level of effort estimates.
  • Work with architect and lead developers to develop proposed technical solutions.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to fairly and respectfully motivate and manage people

  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing of people in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated skills with MS Project and software development methodologies, SDLC, and problem solving

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity
  • Experienced at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications:

  • 4 year college degree from an accredited university
  • 2 - 5 years experience in a project management role
  • 2 - 5 years experience in managing employees
  • Technically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project
  • PMP certification a plus
Sales Executive

Job Description: The Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for identifying prospective clients through a combination of corporate and individual lead generation activities. The Sales Executive will qualify the sales lead and guide through Ayoka sales cycle.

Engage in outside and inside sales activities to procure new business

  • Call on prospective clients using a combination of Ayoka-established leads and personal contacts or lead lists
  • Conduct sales calls and client meetings, moving quickly and successfully through the Ayoka sales cycle
  • Deliver consultative selling by coordinating client meetings with Ayoka sales support personnel
  • Develop proposals and assist in the overall scoping and pricing of projects
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives
  • Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate sales forecasts and client sales strategies, both written and verbally
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Manage the relationship of existing business accounts

  • Establish and nurture solid client relationships
  • Accept client payments and manage customer receivables
  • Engage client when project change orders are identified

Participate in marketing events and related marketing initiatives.

  • Activities include but are not limited to development of sales collateral, Ayoka messaging, Ayoka branding, and participation in tradeshows.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to client and internal requests
  • Demonstrated cold calling, presentation, negotiation and closing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly write business proposals or statements of work
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with software architects, software developers and project analysts
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver result with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university
  • Has two to six years of hands on experience in consultative or solution-based IT Sales
  • Able to travel up to 25% of time
