Eknauth Persaud Chief Executive Officer

Founder of Ayoka L.L.C. and creator of Ayoka's innovative business model. In forming Ayoka, Persaud  drew on his military service in the Marine Corps.  He saw that confidence in young people coupled with exceptional processes result in elite service.  His mission is to apply this thinking to the field of enterprise software development services.  The goal is to improve quality and cut the cost for enterprise software development and integration services by delivering leading enterprise software solutions here in the U.S. with local U.S. employees.

Mark Blaskovich Executive Vice President

A seasoned business executive with nearly 30 years of experience selling and delivering information technology solutions at industry leading companies. He has a track record of impressive sales growth and business development. Blaskovich has deep experience in management consulting and client relations / account management.

At Ayoka, Blaskovich is focused on continuing Ayoka's tremendous growth by increasing its existing base of business and expanding to additional channels and markets.

Prior experience includes executive positions as practice director, client executive and principal at EDS and A.T. Kearney. He also spent nine years managing IT projects at Frito Lay, and he began his career as a systems engineer with EDS.

Education: MBA - Business, University of Dallas; BS-Statistics, Iowa State University


Abdullah Jibaly Chief Technical Officer

An information technology professional with experience in consulting and information technology. He has consulted clients on architecture and design issues and managed estimates of software development projects. He has also updated infrastructure and software development processes used to a more agile/XP-oriented approach, as well as securing and making the infrastructure more accessible.

Jibaly leads Research & Development projects as well as technical consultation on high risk issues.

Prior experience includes software/database engineer at Vercom Software, software engineer / Technical Architect at Aeroxchange, LTD, software/database consultant at 2m Solutions.

Education: MS - Software Engineering, BS - Computer Science & Engineering, UT-Arlington
