Challenges: Client was experiencing problems with schedule delays and lost revenue with an offshore software development company. After nearly 2 years, bugs prevented customers from using many features in the e-commerce application, resulting in refunds and customer dissatisfaction.
Solution: After investigating the source code of the current e-commerce web application, Ayoka was able to repair bugs, then steadily redesign the website to add the missing functions. Major bugs were repaired in 6 weeks, allowing the customer to reach the date for their major sales season.
